How do I place order for customized canvas?
We have a variety of custom canvas designs available on our store. Please select the one you like, upload your pet's photo and complete the purchase.
Do you do any other animals?
Yes. We can do custom portrait designs for almost all animals.
What are the requirements for my photo?
Update this.
Can I modify my order?
You can change yourder within 24 hours. We can't modify your order after it is shipped.
What canvas sizes are available?
We have following canvas sizes are available: 12 x 16, 16 x 20, 18 x 24, and 24 x 36.
How can I review the custom artwork before it gets printed?
After you place your order, our artists will draw your pet portrait within 2 days. You will receive an email from support@zaleirapaws.com with your finished product for your review.

Do you ship overseas?
No. Shipping is available within United States of America for now. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. For updates, subscribe to our email list or follow us on Instagram (@ZaleiraPaws).
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. To initiate such a return please contact us.

I received a defective item. What should I do ?
We are sorry for inconvenience. No worries! We will help you with your replacement. Please contact us here.

You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking on your profile icon on top-right and selecting “Forgot Your Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
